New exhaust butterfly valve. Most old valves are stuck open or not working. These valves are closed when cold. This causes the hot exhaust air to flow back up through the intake manifold and causes the choke to work properly. It also heats the intake for better cold weather operation. You will usually need 1) exhaust donut and 1) exhaust gasket.
