This suckers been sitting for a while.
Description & Modifiations
This is my first Scout. Found it listed on Craigslist and it had been sitting in a garage for nearly six years. The body was good but the engine was missing some parts and the interior was an absolute mess.
Towed it home and gutted the interior and had the front seats, bench and door panels re-upholstered and I have yet to get new carpet. Pressure washed the engine and under body and took care of the few rust areas.
I have been acquiring parts and finally got everything AND all of my California Smog equipment installed and it actually passed the smog inspection last weekend.
So now that I can drive it I can figure out all that still needs to be done to get it to be a daily driver.

4 BBL Thermoquad (rebuilt), switched to a carter Q-jet and running good now.

I love it. I just bought my first scout II. I am taking out ac no need for it maybe we can trade parts? (said about 1 year ago by ECV 1849).
