Any pics of the interior? I am thinking of one of those Tuffy consoles, how do you like it? (said over 2 years ago by Rich Nelson).
Did that RPT aluminum intake and 4 barrel carb. give your 304 a noticable power increase? I have a 304 in my Scout and I am debating swapping for a 345/392 or building it up. What is your experience?
(said over 2 years ago by Rich Nelson).
Unfortunately I cant say if it made a big difference or not. The 2 bbl that was on there before had alot of problems and didnt run good. It definetly runs alot better now. I will get a pic of the interior this weekend if it stops raining. I love the conso (said over 2 years ago by kris).
Kris, this is james the owner of the great pumpkin, listed in the fleet section. I am off of honeycutt way, in glenwood. I havent seen the scout around but i get back from overseas around the June 1st. Let me know if you wanna meet and swap some scout sto (said over 2 years ago by james).
i just installed a bolt in aluminum radiator from IHonly North. Hows your scout doing in the summer heat, any overheat issues? (said over 2 years ago by james).
you are not too far from me. I am off of dahlia. My scout runs kinda hot but i think they all do. (said over 2 years ago by kris).

It's a dang nice Scout, but what is up with your front bumper/brush guard? (said over 2 years ago by Rich Nelson).
Its actually a fishing pole holder put on by the previous owner. He drove it to cape hatterus for fishing and camping. (said over 2 years ago by kris).
Oh, that makes sense...couldn't figure it out. If you swap out your 304 for a 345 let me know if you want to sell the intake manifold, I might be interested. Thanks (said over 2 years ago by Rich Nelson).
Kris, any body lift at all? I've heard there is clearence issues with aftermarket airfilters. Do you have a part# for your K&N? Is the carb a 650cfm? Thanks (said over 2 years ago by Jason Muehr).
yes the body is lifted 3 inchs plus i have a 1 inch spacer under the carb. the carb is a edelbrock 650. i will get u the filter part # tomorrow. it was the kind with a flat bottom instead of the type that hangs down over the carb like most. (said over 2 years ago by kris).
Great color combo let's see more pics. (said over 2 years ago by Rob Gojkovich).
