Still running and gets you where you need to go.
I was lucky enought to come upon this girl locally. This is a 79 scout that was in storage out in Reno, Nevada ended up in Memphis,TN. 61,000 original miles I tinted windows, new exhaust, new stero concealed in glovebox and some new tires....thats it! Make look into putting a lift and some wheels and tires if I decide to keep it....I was really into a project truck but could not pass this girl up.

don't like the name (said over 4 years ago by Chris Brandt).
the guy that doesn't like the name must have a shitty scout or something like that...this scout looks untouched... (said over 4 years ago by Shane Lawerence).
this Scout II is one of the cleanest ones I have seen, I actually have seen this one in person at the Nationals in Springfield,OH I was not able to talk with owner but there was ZERO rust on this unit.... (said over 4 years ago by Blair Henderson).
this Scout is one of the most original I have seen..I had the pleasure talking twith the owner in the parking lot one day...he found a gem! The interior is a perfect 10! I have a 68 Scout 800 working on it now..posting pictures soon (said over 4 years ago by Tye Fayne).
The guy that posted the "he didn't like the name needs to get a real life" the Name is great it means A phantom island off the coast of Spain...dates back to 1400 I can see why the owner named it this for two reasons....imagine driving this beauty on you (said over 4 years ago by Verg Dickerson).
