Description & Modifiations
I bought this Scout and it's twin from a guy in San Francisco. Both were in real bad shape. Pulled them both from his back yard. Lots of rust and moldy smells from leaking water for years. I pulled the engine from one and swap it with the other then sold it's brother.
Well 2+ years later it's still a work in progress. I've gone through several motors as each one has had issues. pony up the cash and had one professionally rebuilt by IH Only North.

Rebuilt IH 345, yep thats right still has an IH mill under the hood.
Future Modifications
been like 6 years now and the Scout works great for what I built if for. Just got back from the Rubicon Trail.
