Restoration

Its a time portal, taking us back to a better time and a better place

Description & Modifiations

I just bought it off of Antyhingscout.com classifieds for $900. I was going to turn it into a real weekend warrior until I found out how rare the Aristocrats are. I want to restore it back to stock, now. Anyone have any pointers for this model?

Engine

304, runs awesome with an Autolite 2100 2 bbl.

Future Modifications

First and foremost, I want to find a set of Rally wheels, which is what it came with, then get some tires on it. I think 31X9.50 is a decent compromise between offroading and looking original.

$900! that is a great deal. That Scout is very nice. I agree, keep it close to stock. We have a 2" lift that will help clear the 31's. I will keep my eyes peeled for some stock rallyes. - Sean (said over 3 years ago by Sean Barber).

I think...I paid too much for mine! Sweet Scout! (said over 3 years ago by Ryan ).

If your going original, get some hub caps. But nice 800A. Keep it real! (said over 3 years ago by Matt Moe).

@Sean: Let me know, that sounds great. (said over 3 years ago by Casey).

Nice truck, keep it stock there're beaters out there to turn into battle wagons (said over 2 years ago by Chris Gambill).

Very nice, hope to see it in a show one day... (said about 1 year ago by Joseph C. Archuleta).
