Bought "Ole yeller" from Adam about a year ago. Body was in good condition but the engine needed some help. After sitting for years sledge and debri had covered up most of the problems. New freeze plugs, rear main, top end rebuild, carb rebuild, and full flush she runs like a dream.
Roll bar and roll on liner make the original interior even more rugged inside.
Electrical got a go over with a new voltage regulator and wires with the additional of a tach.
V8-266, Motorcraft 2100 carb. Stripped of CA smog equipment.
Suspension needs a go over as bolts were the wrong size and grade. All wheels need to be packed.
Ebrake needs a longer cable.
Passenger side tank is sitting in the bed.
Final coat of paint and new weatherstripping and window felt to make things more presentable and comfortable.
Great lookin first rig! Curious, do you have any lift on it? (said 9 months ago by Dennis).
