Description & Modifiations
Truck started out as a 2-wheel drive found at a gas station in San Jose, CA. Body was virtually rust-free except for the floors, but it had lots of dents and was real ugly - that's what made the name "Big Sexy" so ironic. It also had the 5-speed overdrive.
4x conversion consisted of a '77 Chevy disc axle, a reamed '72 IH pitman arm to a '74 IH draglink and a '74 IH steering arm to the Chevy. The rest was taken out of wrecked '74 pickup.
