Description & Modifiations

My scout 800A has a 152 engine (4 cyl), its engine was completly repaired on August 2008.New clutch,a remanufactured tranny and transfer were installed.The radiator has a new core and also the fuel pump is new.The water pump was repaired. All these parts were supplied by Anything Scout.
I just installed the front grill and emblem.
The front axle was repaired and now the 4X4 is working. The rear axle it was repaired too,seals,bearings and gears.
The front drums were replaced by new ones and all the brake system was inspected and shoes replaced.
New wheels were installed size 31X15. The Holley carburator (one barrel) was replaced by a rebuilt one.
The bumpers were made in Mazatlan by Burreras Shop, they can make all kind of bumpers or your own design for good price.

Engine

All the engine was repaired completly on August 2008.The starter was rebuilt too.

Future Modifications

Upgrade the sound system, no more CDs, just USB or Ipod, so music never stop.
Some corrosion spots have been showing up, next year will be repaired and painted again, same color.

hola muy bonito yo empezare la restauracion del mio un sport-top es sencillo "no es 4x4" no sabes donde podria conseguir los tambores de los frenos delanteros, o bien de que modelo le queda para hacer la conversion a frenos de discos. gracias desde santa (said 3 months ago by andros).

Hola SeƱores, y saludos desde Florida Central.
Yo tengo un Scout del 69 con Dana 44, y le puse los frenos de disco traceros, salo caro. Tambien le instale suspension nuevo y eso tambien salio caro como $700.
