Description & Modifiations
Well to begin with its rusty,..very rusty.but runs good,just needs a little t.l.c. I bought rusty about a month ago and havnt really got to play with him much. we've spent most our time together getting back into acceptable running condition,dont get me wrong, he ran good when i got him, just not to standards.and as it goes one thing has led to another and we are currently waiting for the right weather to finish him. but so far i have changed spark plugs/wires/cap and rotor,new monroe shocks,poly fuel tank/straps/sending unit and hardware.fixed both windows and rear lift gate(although im looking for a half glass and tail gate)cleaned and ajusted carb(just to find the choke was sticking do to a bad butterfly valve in the exhaust)also added a heavy duty winch ready bumper and replaced passanger floor pan and seat pedistol.
Engine
345 v8 runs great,sealed its own leaks!Now thats a truck!
Future Modifications
soft top with sport bar,spring over lift 33"super swampers, winch, rebuild axles(dana 44s) and alot of seals. i have all body panels to fix rust,but might find donor body. still concidering paint and body.
