Just rebuilt the tranny and got it running again. Doing the odds and ends that age requires.

Future Modifications
Wow, how plans change... My 345 Is about to take a dump on me. I just found a decent used 392 that i'm going to go through and then swap it into the scout. I'll probably go through the 345 as time allows and keep it as a spare... I must be a redneck... Who has a "spare engine"?? Anyways, I've decided that I'd rather do the elm tree SOA and 35's instead of a spring lift. Just can't afford a suspension lift! Still planning on doing everything else tho... Bumpers, tire carriers, bla bla bla. Just wanna make it nice to drive for the wifey and comfortable when we take it out to the woods to goof off.
