Barn Find

This suckers been sitting for a while.

Description & Modifiations

Just purchased this rig a couple weeks ago. This truck has been sitting for awhile and needs some serious attention. Someone started working on the truck at one point and kind of made a mess of things must have been a first project for them, oh well we all have to learn somewhere. The only real modifications that were done to the truck was a SOA and 3 inch body lift both of which were not done properly, so I will address this after my first phase of body work.

I am attaching 2 pictures one of when I purchased the truck and one after I started attacking the body and the seven layers of paint. I had already cleaned the rust from the wheels before I had taken the first picture. I will keep posting pictures as I go along. Wish me luck, I will need it.

4 Banger that runs but will need to go.

Future Modifications

After body is complete and in primer I will do the following:

Remove and install parts from 1998 GMC 4X4.

Complete 350 engine with all accessories. Will install new steer column, Steering gear box, steering pump and all custom linkages for steering.
